Brooke Dobyns

BROOKE DOBYNS is the chief of staff and director of strategy and planning for the global customer success (GCS) organization at Cisco Systems. In this role, she is charged with executing a new selling model that allows Cisco customers to benefit from the full range of benefits offered by Cisco solutions. Dobyns is responsible for showcasing GCS results achieved through standardizing and maximizing annuity sales processes and adopt and expand services for recurring revenue and consumption models. Dobyns has more than 15 years at Cisco working in various functions in the organization, leading teams and developing corporate alliances. She is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College, where she earned a B.S. in computer science and participates in numerous professional organizations. @cisco
