Lunch Ingredients & Allergens
Attendees who require an Alternate Meal (both vegan and gluten-free), must update your meal choice on the registration site. If you are attending as part of a group, please ask the main registrant for your group to update your meal selection.
Standard Meal:
Quinoa Lentil Bowl with Grilled Chicken
- Tri-color quinoa (white quinoa, red quinoa, black quinoa, water, salt)
- Black lentils (water, black beluga lentils, salt {salt, calcium silicate, dextrose, potassium iodide})
- Roasted sweet potatoes (sweet potato, canola oil {canola oil, tbhq, citric acid, dimethylpolysiloxane}, salt, black pepper)
- Sauteed curly kale (kale, canola oil {canola oil, tbhq (antioxidants), citric acid (antioxidants), dimethylpolysiloxane (anti-foaming agent)}
- Lemon juice (lemon juice from concentrate {water, concentrated lemon juice}, sodium bisulfite and sodium benzoate (preservatives) and lemon oil)
- Salt
- Black pepper ground
- Dried cranberries (cranberries, sugar, refined sunflower oil {processing aid})
- Pickled red cabbage (rice wine vinegar {reduce with water to 4.5% acidity by volume}, red cabbage, sugar)
- Carrots
- Grilled chicken
- Red wine vinaigrette (water, inverted sugar, red wine vinegar, salt, <2% of: dehydrated garlic, dehydrated red bell pepper, spices, sugar, xanthan gum)
