Book Reading – “Edge” by Laura Huang

Laura Huang read an excerpt from her latest book “Edge” for attendees of the 2020 Virtual Massachusetts Conference for Women.

Huang is the MBA Class of 1954 associate professor of business administration at the Harvard Business School. Her research examines interpersonal relationships and implicit bias in entrepreneurship and in the workplace. She is the creator of #FindYourEdge, an initiative dedicated to addressing inequality and disadvantage through personal empowerment.
