Troubleshooting the Virtual Conference

We’re aware that some of you are experiencing connectivity issues, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We’re hopeful that following the below instructions will rectify any issues you’re having.

PS – We’re happy to announce we received final approval to offer ALL keynotes on-demand. Come back to the platform March 15th at noon ET for replay.

  1. DO NOT USE A PHONE OR TABLET : Our platform only works for many individuals on a laptop or desktop. I’ve you’ve been experiencing issues on a tablet or phone, that’s typically a connectivity issue. Try a laptop with strong wifi or hardwire connection.
  2. USE GOOGLE CHROME BROWSER: We are finding that Safari is giving many folks issues today. Please use Google Chrome. If you don’t have it, you can download it HERE.
  3. UPDATE YOUR BROWSER: If you are on Chrome, make sure you have the most recent version.
  4. CHECK YOUR INTERNET SPEED: In Chrome, simply Google the words “Speed Test” and click the blue button “Run Speed Test.” If you do not have “Very Fast” internet speeds, then you will experience issues streaming our videos.
  5. TURN OFF YOUR VPN. If you have a VPN on a work device, please turn it OFF.
