National Conference FAQs

When is the 2025 Conference?

The virtual National Conference will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from:

  • 9:30 a.m. — 6:00 p.m. ET
  • 8:30 a.m. — 5:00 p.m. CT
  • 6:30 a.m. — 3:00 p.m. PT

Will the 2025 National Conference be in-person or virtual?

The National Conference is a virtual offering.


How much are tickets?

The virtual National Conference Tickets are $125 through September 15th, and then tickets are $150. There are no purchase restrictions around quantity.


What’s included with my ticket?

The virtual National Conference experience includes: Access to all keynotes and breakout sessions; 30 days of on-demand access to breakout sessions; virtual 1:1 Resume Reviews/Career Coaching* and networking resources; and access to the virtual Interactive Hall.

*First-come, first-served while supplies last.

How do I register?

Register on our website!


Remember, attendees of the 2024 PA, TX, and MA Conferences and the 2025 CA Conference are already registered for the virtual National Conference for Women! 


Which forms of payment are accepted?

Credit card (to immediately secure tickets) or check (to hold your tickets). Checks must be received in our office within 10 business days or tickets will automatically be released. We do not accept purchase orders.

If you require an invoice, select “Pay By Check.” An invoice will be emailed to you including payment instructions.


How do I register a group?

Enter your contact information and select quantity. The person who makes the group purchase is automatically designated as the main contact for the group (even if you do not plan to attend). An email confirmation will automatically be sent with instructions on how and when to enter individual guest names.


Do I need to know who will use the tickets before I buy them?

No, you can assign the tickets as we get closer to the Conference.


Are there discounts available for groups, government, or students?

No additional discounts are available beyond the limited-time-only discounted virtual National Conference Tickets.

As a non-profit organization, we depend on our ticket sales revenue — and our generous sponsors — to cover the operational cost of producing the Conferences. We do our best to keep ticket prices as low as possible while still delivering an outstanding experience.


Do I have to sign up for breakout sessions in advance?

No advance sign-up is required. We encourage you to review our forthcoming agenda in advance so you can plan your day.


How do I receive my ticket?
Attendees will receive login credentials and instructions via email the week before the Conference. Attendees are required to use the same email used at time of registration.


Is this a webinar or a Zoom meeting?

No. This is an immersive and interactive environment with many opportunities to engage, chat and connect with fellow attendees.


What platform are you using?

The National Conference is powered by MEETYOO, a global digital event platform for events of all kinds, from traditional conferences to employee communications to marketing programs. MEETYOO is committed to the highest security standards, so as you participate in the conference, your data is always safe.

PLEASE NOTE: this virtual event requires certain system and browser settings. We’ll be sharing a full system test and technical help in advance of the National Conference to ensure technical success for participants.


Is the Conference only for women?

The Conference is open to all.


Will there be closed captioning for all sessions?

Yes.


Will the Conference be available for playback?

Yes, with the exception of keynote sessions, which will only be available live. All breakout sessions and Learning Bursts will be available for on-demand viewing until Saturday, April 5th, 11:59pm ET/11pm CT/9pm PT.


Are group viewing tickets available?

No. One ticket enables one person to watch from their own personal computer or handheld device.


Can I share the Conference with my team?

No, login information cannot be shared. If two devices try to enter the Conference simultaneously using the same login information, both will be expelled from the Conference environment.


What is your cancellation policy?

No refunds for any reason, no exceptions. Lineup is subject to change. 


I purchased a ticket but can no longer attend, what are my options?

You can transfer the ticket once, at no additional cost. Login to your registration to reassign your ticket and send a confirmation email to the new attendee. Or, contact us about our ticket buyback program, which includes a fee and is subject to demand.
