That’s A Good Question!

Submit Your Question to Women Amplified

You know that thing you keep turning over in your mind: a challenge with your boss, a career move you can’t quite figure out, a situation that could be better?

At Women Amplified, the podcast of the Conferences for Women, we know that when one woman is questioning something, chances are others are too.

That’s why we periodically bring listener questions to senior leaders from top organizations and share their hard-won wisdom and practical advice on the podcast.

  1. Complete the form below and share a workplace or career challenge you’re currently facing and need help navigating. The more context you share, the more helpful the advice can be.
  2. If selected, your question will be featured on That’s a Good Question where our podcast host and an experienced leader who has faced similar challenges in their own career can offer practical advice, insights, and lessons learned from their experience.
  3. There’s no pressure because you will not appear on the podcast. We may contact you if we need additional context, but your participation ends with this form.
  4. You can choose how you’d like to be credited—or remain completely anonymous. We’ll never share your contact information or organization without your permission.
  5. If your question is selected, we’ll email you in advance to let you know and share when the episode is expected to air so you can tune in for the conversation.

So, what’s your good question?

Your Question

It might be about a capacity you’re about developing, something you’re actively struggling with, or a new opportunity you’re keen to pursue but not certain how to go about it. There are no wrong questions here.
The more you share, the better the advice we can find for you. What’s the broader context?
What approaches have you taken, if any, and what happened?
Is there something specific about your situation, your role, or this moment that adds to–or helps with–navigating the challenge?
Are you looking for practical steps? A fresh perspective? Reassurance that you’re not alone? The more we understand, the better we can match you with the right expert.
