Career coaching sessions are one-on-one and last approximately 20 minutes. Each volunteer is required to select two (2) shifts. Shift assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Coaching will pause during the Keynote Session (10:15 AM – 1:20 PM ET).
